Shipping
We're pumped for you to get your shirt or other Great Lakes Coastal goods! USPS should have your item to you within 3-7 business days. Typical lead times are 1 day between order placement and shipping. We're currently [most of the time] a one-man operation, so occasional delays may pop up- we appreciate you bearing with us. At the moment, we do not offer an expedited option, but may in the future.
If you need to make changes to an order, reach out to us ASAP with your request. We'll do everything we can to make the change, but there might be cases when we've shipped it out before we receive your request. In such a case, please see our returns policy below.
If an order ships before an address is able to be corrected, we unfortunately can't make any changes. In that case, you'll have to contact the carrier directly to request re-routing. We ship all orders to the address provided at checkout and are not liable if the address is not correct at time of shipping.
Free shipping is available on orders at or over $150. For orders less than $150, shipping is $8 flat-rate.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. We'll send you a tracking number after your order has been shipped. Thanks!
Returns
We hope you enjoy your Beach Shirt or other Great Lakes Coastal goods! However, sometimes your order isn't exactly what you wanted, and we want to make that right.
If you are not completed satisfied, you can:
1. Exchange your item for a new size/style.
2. Return for store credit.
3. Return for a full product refund.
This applies as long as:
1. The return for a full product refund is requested by contacting us within 30 days of the date your order was shipped and is also delivered to our returns warehouse within 30 days of the date you received your package. Any returns received back to our warehouse, later than 30 days after the date you received your package, will only be eligible for an exchange, subject to current availability, or a return for store credit.
2. When contacting us, please send with subject line "Return - [Order Number]", and insert your order number from your initial confirmation email.
3. Please note, we do not accept returns on worn, washed or damaged items, or sale items.
4. If you need any clarification, please reach out to us.
Side note: We retain the right to refuse any return if we think you are abusing our policies.
Timeline
We'll reimburse you via your original method of payment once our team has the chance to check things over for bloody mary spills. Please allow for up to 10 business days after we receive your return. We're currently [mostly] a one man operation, so thank you for understanding any delays! If you're returning for store credit, we'll send a gift card code as soon as the provided return label has been scanned by USPS and is marked in-transit.
Cost
Return / exchange shipping is on us! We will provide your prepaid return label once you contact us to start the return.
